RhoDeo 1326 The Falcon 09

Hello, just watched Spain go down 3-0 to Brazil, rarely did anyone see such an incoherent Worldchampion, they clearly were on their last legs against Italy and that 2 hour in a humid 30c + match clearly took their last reserves, it simply was no contest tonight. Nevertheless the Brazilians will party all night.. Meanwhile at F1, the race was won by Rosberg who kept out of trouble after he took over the lead from Vettel after transmission left him running on empty 11 laps before the finish, previously we so plenty of explosive flat tyres and 2 safety cars. Looser of the day was Mark Webber who for the umpteenth time botched his start (how professional) got his nose damaged and lost at least 30 seconds before his race started..in the end he was just 0,7 seconds down on winner Rosberg. So Glastonbury hype is history once more lot's of tired old stars and middle of the road stuff with the BBC presenters to boot, cringingly unfunny 40 somethings and field reporters probably used to having their tongue up their bosses ass, in short a major embarressment for any Brit music lover, please Beeb ask the Top Gear Team to present Glastonbury 2014, then at least it will be funny some of the time.

Sci-fi fans can prepare themselves for the penultimate week of Falcon Banner excitement   ... NJoy

The Falcon Banner
By the twenty-second century, mankind had stretched forth its hand to command the stars. Other races were discovered, and, as the human sphere of influence expanded, they were happy to live in peaceful coexistence, and humanity was on the verge of an evolutionary leap.

The Terran emperor was the first to ascend to the next step of human evolution. His advisors, who now styled themselves holy clerics, sought to force the other races to see the light of their religion. They began to subjugate the other races to the will of the empire. The Amsus, who saw the Empire as decadent, illogical and chaotic, waged war upon it. Admiral VonGrippen, the brightest military mind in centuries, betrayed the empire, and removed the entire home fleet, collapsing the jump gate after them, leaving Earth and the Empire to be squashed under the heel of Amsus oppression.

Now, three hundred years after the fall of the Terran Empire, humans find themselves the subject race, Stagnating on their own world unable to evolve either technologically or otherwise. It is into this oppressive world, that the most unlikely of men are thrust into the roles of heros.

Based on The Falcon Banner, a novel by Christopher Patrick Lydon
Original music composed and performed by Kai Hartwig, Kevin MacLeod and Phil Craigie
