Inside Out, Binaural

Inside Out, Binaural ..the last in the present series as from next monday onwards i will start a new weekly format with daily posts. For now, as promised, what you've been waiting for all your live, more BRAINPOWER, a few weeks before bed and you'll be explaining quantum physics to your mother..haha, well consider it the ultimate brainmassage. Roger Winfield has been creating wonderful windinstruments and "Voices of the Wind" is really a must ! The Electric Skychurch started their notability at Full Moon Gathering raves, always planned to visit one never got to it, pity well Knowoneness embues that spirit so play under the moonlight. Phil Thornton already made a name for himself in the eighties but when early nineties he got involved in socalled new age music his career took off. His Tibetan meditation takes you where the Dalai Lama cant get these days, a great hypnotic blend of atmospheric compositions. Finally Robert Bruce, the most important thing i have posted thusfar, Astral Dynamics will lead you towards our true reality which thank God isn't controlled by guru's or masters this or that, it empowers the reader.

p.s. i have some binaural software but haven't gotten around testing it, so i will get back to that, most likely on one of the coming Sundazes(ambient every sunday).

Brain Sync - Brain Power (97mb)

Brainpower delivers 60 minutes of brain optimizing frequencies designed to stimulate dormant parts in your brain. The special combination of frequencies selected are associated with higher cognitive function, visual aquity, concentration, creativity and increased intuitive abilities.- (what more do you want ?)- Within minutes window frequencies trigger the formation of new deeper connections between braincells. You are swept into the flowstate of relaxed concentration as both right and left hemispheres of your brain synchronise. This action gently dissolves mental blocks and fears. The flow state is recognised as a transcedent state of consciousness marked by moments of exhilaration, relaxed concentration and timelessness.

Roger Winfield - Voices of the Wind (98 ^ 127 mb)

Whilst Winfield was living on the Preselli Hills in West Wales his fascination was sparked off by hearing the breeze playing across a guitar left outside. This led to the creation of weird and wonderful contraptions that made unique musical sounds but lacked volume. To overcome this problem, experimenting with mikes he eventually settled for magnetic pick-ups close to the strings. Several years later the idea of an Aeolian Harp orchestra began to develop and with the aid of experienced instrument makers Roger created the sculptural ensemble that are featured on this album. (made from wood, perspex, fiberglass and metal, the instruments were designed to be aesthetically pleasing as well as technically functional. Each instrument was designed to take a particular gauge of metal string; the largest instruments strung with bass strings, the smallest with thinner strings so creating a soprano effect)

Voices of the Wind is both a sequal and a contrast to Windsongs, his first collection of Aeolian harp recordings. Since then he has toured throughout the UK setting up the harps at a variety of locations (rural and urban) the magical sounds never failing to amaze the audiences. During that time he has created a new esemble of instruments so a new layer of sound can be heard from the wind playing thru the strings. Voices has been subjected to minimal editing and comes close to a live performance. It was recorded at a windy hilltop at Cold Ashton may/june 96.

Electric Skychurch - Knowoneness ( 95 * 321mb)

Los Angeles-based ambient techno mystics Electric Skychurch comprised composer and producer James Lumb, vocalist Roxanne Morganstern and percussionist Alex Spurkel. Formed in 1993, the trio began attracting notice through their performances on the L.A. underground dance scene, often appearing at the Full Moon Gathering raves. The first Electric Skychurch single, "Creation," appeared in early 1994, followed a year later by the LP Knowoneness, a record notable for its use of live instruments -- strings, didgeridoos, pianos, bongos -- in tandem with antique analog synths. The atmospheric Together EP followed in 1996.

Phil Thornton - Tibetan meditation (03 * 122mb)

A keen sorcerer of sonic visions, Phil Thornton has written and produced over 20 solo albums, since beginning his musical odyssey in the early '80s with the group 'Expandis' Phil Thornton is now closely associated with the British New Age music movement, but he is also an accomplished guitarist and has had a long touring and recording association with Sinead O'Connor. He is a regular member of the neo-psychedelic English band Mandragon, and he has worked with Gordon Giltrap, Talking Heads, Stallion, Die Laughing, Naked Lunch, 4 B 2's, and Expandis.

Phil's first two ambient albums the film score for 'Cloud Sculpting' and 'Edge Of Dreams' both topped the 'New Musical Express' New Age chart and are now widely acclaimed as classics of their genre. His arrangements often feature a mix of ethnic and modern instruments, which has led him into collaborations with leading 'world' musicians to create a diverse and hypnotic blend of atmospheric compositions.

Robert Bruce - Astral Dynamics ( 2.4 mb PDF)

Foreword (abridged)

Traveling to other dimensions using one's finer astral body has always intrigued man, as have levitation, invisibility, and time travel. Throughout the 20th century, many fine books have been written about these topics. For over a quarter century, I have been fascinated by the Astral World and the possibility of astral travel.

It soon became evident to both myself and colleagues that a newer, easier and more reliable method of projecting out-of-body must be developed, and a tutorial written, to assist first-time (and even advanced) students on their quest. It was of utmost importance that this work be written to answer students' questions and, furthermore, to assist the seasoned researcher in conducting theoretical studies and practical experiments. Therefore, an author of such a guide should be well versed in the theory, practice and behavioral aspects of such a multidimensional undertaking.

Each author, however, left me slightly empty — always expecting more, but always getting less than I anticipated. Some works provided a deep philosophical theory of astral travel with no practical application. Others, though expertly written, gave some practical applications but no logical theory backing up the author's assumptions. Lastly, there were hundreds of books containing case study after case study documenting people who suddenly, and without apparent reason, experienced OBEs. Although descriptions were meticulous, these guides contained nothing but a series of good and intriguing stories. I longed for still more.

Finally in the early spring of 1996, I discovered Mr. Robert Bruce's work on the Internet. In a series of constantly updated articles, I realized he was introducing an excitingly innovative approach to out-of-body projection and astral travel. An approach which included sound yet radically different theory, detailed practical experiments and, finally, individual case studies. In these studies, the reader meets many people who tried his new techniques and experiments and experienced almost immediate results in projection. I also discovered, while reading his on-line comments and correspondences, that Robert meticulously tried and retested his experiments: going down many blind alleys and often into some frightening situations, discovering the best and safest avenue for the would-be projector. In some cases, his journeys caused psychical and astral shock. In plain, jargon-free descriptions, Robert lays bare his fears, hopes and dreams. He also outlines many potential problems and practical solutions awaiting the student of astral travel.

This wonderful book has the potential for allowing anyone, regardless of spiritual or metaphysical training, to achieve a conscious exit from their body and to travel through the various levels of finer worlds. In an easily understood and well-illustrated format, Robert slowly guides reader out of body and into this world of wonder and excitement. Astral Dynamics
consists of over five years of constant revisions, experiments, research, and personal insight. It is sad this book did not exist twenty-five years ago when I started my quest. My path would have been far less rocky and my results and discoveries far more amazing if it had.

Professor C.E.Lindgren

Need i say more, this book is very different to the Monroe works it can take you along, personnally i think this maybe one of the most important books one can take in, certainly in this day and age. i

I've included some more thoughts and words in a seperate file added to the download, which i not only hope you will read but act upon aswell.
