Hello, some controversy as F1 as Vettel who had led the race for most of the time got stripped of the victory after he had skid onto the grass and just about managed to stay out of the wall but in doing so impeded Hamilton. Now the regulators could do 3 things, do nothing as many felt considering it an racing incident, they could have considered he gained an advantage because Hamilton could have overtaken him and order Vettel to let him pass, or they could give him a virtual death penalty of 5sec. They did the latter and that caused a complete anti climax of what had been a tight and exiting race, yes Hamilton really needed those extra points. In Monaco Hammie successfully kept Verstappen at bay and loosing his 2nd place because of a 5sec time penalty. After years of total dominance Mercedes now win by playing it dirty, they lost their shine and come next season it will be over, he said hopefully.
