Hello, terrorist action tonight In London 3 muslim losers energized by their Ramadan diet decided all that support for the Manchester victims and to top that off the shameless Ariane Grande making a meal of it, got them fired up, jump in a van rundown 6 people waiting at a busstop on London Bridge, jump out armed with knives go into the Burrough Market south of the bridge and started kniving people in this very crowded area. As i watch this live at the BBC currently 2 have been gunned down no news from the third (killed too), in fact considering this attack started almost 4 hours ago not much is known about victims. Seen a pic of one of these losers with canisters strapped around his waist, but i suspect these were dummies to keep the police and anyone trying to stop them at bay. When i look at the eyewitness accounts that i've seen victum numbers will be substantial and women a prefered victim as these losers are cowards as well, allah must be so proud of them. Meanwhile Ronaldo just scored a third for Real Madrid minutes before the attack started, that was it, all over for Juventus who had offered stern opposition for an hour but then a lucky strike saw Real in front 2-1 and minutes later the Ronaldo doing his thing, a late counter goal saw the endscore go up to 4-1 which doesn't do Juventus much justice, but Real is the first team that maneges to retain the Championscup, of cause it's the club with the biggest debt too, but the UEFA are hippocrittes they dare not disqualify them. Meanwhile these cheaters dish out four times the premium Juventus players would have got 350,000, yes that's 1.2 million bonus for these poor guys from a basically bankrupt club, but then nobody dares to call in the loans, we've seen this attitude before on a far far bigger scale with the US debt.

Badalamenti was born in Brooklyn, New York to an Italian family; his father, who was of Sicilian descent, was a fish market owner. He began taking piano lessons at age eight. By the time Badalamenti was a teenager, his aptitude at the piano earned him a summer job accompanying singers at resorts in the Catskill Mountains. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Eastman School of Music and then earned Master of Arts degrees in composition, French horn, and piano from the Manhattan School of Music in 1960.
Film scoring

Badalamenti scored films such as Gordon's War, and Law and Disorder, but his big break came when he was brought in to be Isabella Rossellini's singing coach for the song "Blue Velvet" in David Lynch's 1986 film Blue Velvet. Inspired by This Mortal Coil's recent cover of Tim Buckley's "Song to the Siren", Lynch had wanted Rossellini to sing her own version, but was unable to secure the rights. In its place, Badalamenti and Lynch collaborated to write "Mysteries of Love", using lyrics Lynch wrote and Badalamenti's music. Lynch asked Badalamenti to appear in the film as the piano player in the club where Rossellini's character performs. This film was the first of many projects they worked on together.

After scoring a variety of mainstream films, including A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, he scored Lynch's cult television show, Twin Peaks which featured the vocals of Julee Cruise. Many of the songs from the series were released on Cruise's album Floating into the Night. From the soundtrack of the television series, he was awarded the Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Performance for the "Twin Peaks Theme".

Other Lynch projects he worked on include the movies Wild at Heart, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive (where he has a small role as a gangster with a finicky taste for espresso), and The Straight Story as well as the television shows On the Air and Hotel Room. Other projects he has worked in include the television film Witch Hunt, and the films Naked in New York, The City of Lost Children, A Very Long Engagement, The Wicker Man, Dark Water and Secretary. He has also worked on the soundtrack for the video game Fahrenheit (known as Indigo Prophecy in North America).

He was composer for director Paul Schrader on such films as Auto Focus, The Comfort of Strangers and Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist. In 1998, Badalamenti recorded "A Foggy Day (in London Town)" with artist David Bowie for the Red Hot Organization’s compilation album Red Hot + Rhapsody a tribute to George Gershwin which raised money for various charities devoted to increasing AIDS awareness and fighting the disease. In 2005, he composed the themes for the movie Napola (Before the Fall), which were then adapted for the score by Normand Corbeil. In 2008, he directed the soundtrack of The Edge Of Love, with Siouxsie, Patrick Wolf and Beth Rowley on vocals.

Badalamenti received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the World Soundtrack Awards in 2008. On July 23, 2011, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers presented Badalamenti with the Henry Mancini Award for his accomplishments in film and television music.

Angelo Badalamenti's string and flute heavy score to director Paul Schrader's The Comfort of Strangers is mournful and lush but lacking in variation. When set against the movie's potent imagery of Venice, Italy, the music creates pockets and valleys of pure tension. Extracting the music from the film and listening to it as an album is another story. The same melodies run through too many of the tracks, creating a rather predictable experience. Further, it's obvious by the pace and uneven tone of some of the compositions that the music is cued to particular actions in the movie; on an album, such cues make little sense, as a tense flute passage leads to an immediate percussive attack. The slow, Middle East meets Italy texture of the music seems inspired by Nino Rota's score to The Godfather and the work of Ennio Morricone. Similar to the movie's themes, the music acts like a paranoid cobra, seemingly ready to strike from any dark corner. There is tension and beauty to the music, but the lack of melodic variation ultimately drags down the album. Badalamenti's music, in this instance, is best heard accompanied by the film.

On her follow-up, Julee Cruise once again worked with David Lynch as lyricist (and percussionist!) and Angelo Badalamenti as musical creator, with results that on the one hand continue Floating into the Night with little variation, and on the other introduce just enough difference into the brew. Ultimately Voice of Love is a continuation more than anything else -- though who loved Floating will adore this; those who hated it could easily avoid this, and so forth. As a sequel, though, it's still good enough stuff. Like Floating, Voice is, to an extent, a semi-soundtrack for Lynch's work: the queasy jazz-noir drones of "Up in Flames" appeared on his Industrial Symphony #1 project, while the soft shimmer "Questions in a World of Blue" cropped up on the Twin Peaks movie score. Interestingly, her Elvis cover for Until the End of the World, "Summer Kisses, Winter Tears," isn't here, but an interesting combination of drone and steady, semi-industrial beats titled after the movie is. Voice of Love stands alone just fine, though, another mysterious, dreamy float through a hazy post-'50s/post-punk mood zone. Nothing on the album is as instantly strong and memorable as "Falling," making it more a collection to be appreciated as a whole instead of in parts. Certainly a lot of the music sounds like "Falling" or other first-album highlights; given that Badalamenti shows variety in his other work, likely enough it's a decision on his part to maintain a certain mood with Cruise. If anything, the change would be in the drumming, which is often a little more upfront and pulsing (if still gentle enough) than on Floating. "Movin' in on You" is a lovely example of Cruise's work on both lead and overdubbed harmony vocals, hitting the light shoo-be-doo-wop feel of songs like "The Nightingale" well, while the neat strut and swing of "Kool Kat Walk" is just plain fun.

The project consists mostly of Tim Booth's vocals and lyrics washing over layers of Angelo Badalamenti keyboard and orchestra treatments, with trippy rhythms and some intriguing guest performances fleshing out the structure. Fans of the first Suede album will be pleased to hear prodigal guitarist Bernard Butler serving as supple ligaments for five tracks, especially taut on the assertive "Heart" and relatively cutting "Butterfly's Dream" (James producer Brian Eno and Badalamenti on background vocals). There's nothing overly challenging here, in fact, some of it is annoyingly lightweight, but Booth and the Bad Angel makes for an overall pleasant confectionary of influences, moody pop, and melodic, cocooning atmosphere.
