Hello, today the 26th post of GoldyRhox, classic pop rock. Another remaster again today, which not always works but i have no complaints about this 35 years old upgrade although at the time it sounded way better then most music releases.
Today there not one but two files, however there's just one album be it in two versions. It's not from the usual Anglo American cultural dominators either. Yet these guys have made a huge name for themselves and had they been Anglo American, i have no doubt they would have sold many millions of records, those socalled free airwaves have always been an illusion. Only now, with the increasing integration of the Internet has the playingfield started to level somewhat.

To be honest here i've been a fan for almost 4 decades now and i was shocked to see they just got one gold album..truly bizar. The nature of their music made touring in the seventies and eighties rather bothersome, certainly considering their perfectionism. As it was not in their nature to model in the spotights they didnt feed the press either. Meanwhile their status grew all through the nineties, and this last decade they've done some more touring as their Hi-Tech was finally fit to travel. Tickets for a show were hard to come by for long time fans like me, who had all their records, all being scooped up by those that didn't but had heard it was the event of the year...hmmm. Ok, original language and english version are up

Most of the albums i 'll post made many millions for the music industry and a lot of what i intend to post still gets repackaged and remastered decades later, squeezing the last drop of profit out of bands that for the most part have ceased to exist long ago, although sometimes they get lured out of the mothballs to do a big bucks gig or tour. Now i'm not as naive to post this kinda music for all to see and have deleted, these will be a black box posts, i'm sorry for those on limited bandwidth but for most of you a gamble will get you a quality rip don't like it, deleting is just 2 clicks...That said i will try to accomodate somewhat and produce some cryptic info on the artist and or album.

It's very difficult to try and capture the essence of this band in so many words, but there is no doubt that they are the most influential "band" since the Beatles. Many artists have sold more records and enjoyed greater commercial success, but after nearly 40 years since the founder members Ralf & Florian met in Dusseldorf, their artistic vision has flowered to such a great extent that it is very difficult and probably impossible to imagine the current state of electronic music without them. This album almost accidentilly became gold as it's hitsingle was on the b-side of the follow up albums first single. The UK radio deejays didnt get that brilliant track-(too visionairy) instead they liked to drool over the 4 year old b side..It became a big hit but no appearance in Top Of The Pops, that said, they could have sent their robotic avatars.
